Did American Fail Its People, Or Did Its People Get Played?
For decades, America told itself a story.
Work hard, and you’ll succeed.
Play by the rules, and you’ll be rewarded.
The system is fair, and if you’re struggling, you just didn’t try hard enough.
But what happens when people do play by the rules and still lose?
What happens when wages stagnate, healthcare drains bank accounts, and entire towns are left behind?
What happens when the American Dream stops working for most Americans?
They get angry.
And anger, in the wrong hands, becomes a weapon.
The rich convinced the poor that the real enemy wasn’t them, but the people with even less.
The powerful told the powerless that their struggle wasn’t because of corporate greed, broken policies, or unchecked corruption—but because of immigrants, minorities, and outsiders.
They sold a rebellion that wasn’t against them—but for them.
Because if the people at the bottom are busy fighting each other—
The ones at the top stay right where they are.
